What are your typical lead times for orders?
We typically require at least 5–7 working days' notice for standard bakes. For busy periods or custom celebration cakes, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance.
Do you offer collection or delivery in Stirling?
Free collection is available from our home bakery in Port of Menteith. We also offer delivery within the local area for a small fee depending on the distance.
Can you create custom designs for birthdays?
Absolutely! We love creating bespoke bakes. Please use our enquiry form to share your ideas, color schemes, or themes, and we will get back to you with a personalized quote.
How do I handle allergens and dietary requirements?
While we take every precaution, all our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. Please specify any allergies in your enquiry so we can discuss safety measures.
When and how do I pay for my order?
Orders are confirmed once we send your email confirmation. Payment is required via the link sent or bank transfer upon confirmation. All prices are in GBP (£).
Can I change my order after it's confirmed?
We will do our best to accommodate changes made up to 48 hours before your collection date, depending on the complexity and current ingredient availability.
